OSHKOSH, Wis. – Carroll University women's soccer earned a hard-fought 0-0 draw against UW-Oshkosh on Wednesday night at J.J. Keller Field. The result moves Carroll to 5-3-5 overall, while the Titans stand at 4-4-5.
In a match defined by defensive resilience and strong goalkeeping, both teams generated chances but couldn't find the back of the net. Carroll finished with 11 shots (7 on goal), while Oshkosh tallied 12 shots (6 on goal). The Pioneers dominated corner kicks in the second half, earning four of their total five, but were unable to convert.
Goalkeeper Nevaeh Darby was outstanding, recording six saves to secure her third shutout of the season. On the attacking end, Ellie Patrickus led Carroll with three shots, two on target, while Harlie Seuser and Naomy Gonzalez added pressure late in the second half.
The Titans' keeper Mallory Kerhin matched Darby with seven saves, including several key stops during Carroll's late surge. Both teams split possession evenly at 50%, and the match featured disciplined play with minimal fouls, with Carroll committing just two.
The draw extends Carroll's unbeaten streak to three matches as the Pioneers continue their push. Their next matchup comes this Saturday as they return home and to conference play to take on North Park at 1pm.
