The NCAA has announced the official qualifiers for next weekend's Division-III Outdoor National Championships, with three Carroll student-athletes making the cut. Grad Senior
Vanessa Uitenbroek will compete in both the Discus and Shot Put, while Senior

Jimmy Hinkley was the lone member of Carroll's men's team to earn the distinction, as he will compete in the Hammer Throw. The top 22 individuals in each event qualified for this year's Outdoor Nationals, which will be held from May 22-24 in Geneva, Ohio.
Uitenbroek will cap a stellar collegiate career with her 13th and 14th NCAA Championship event. A seven-time All-American, the Kaukauna, Wis. native will be going for her fourth consecutive All-American performance in the Discus, as she enters next weekend's Nationals as the number four seed with a season-best distance of 49.34 (161-10). A 2023 All-American in the Outdoor Shot Put, Uitenbroek enters this weekend's competition seeded 11th in the event, with a season-best throw of 14.09 (46-02.75). She will compete in the Discus, beginning with the prelims on Thursday, May 22 at 1 p.m. ET, before taking part in the Shot Put the following day at 2 p.m. ET.
Falk enters Friday's Shot Put competition holding the second-best throw in Division-III this season with a distance of 14.89 (48-10.25), which established a new school record at this week's Augustana (IL) "Last Chance" meet. Falk is making her third consecutive appearance in the event at Outdoor Nationals, and fifth Nationals appearance overall. She recorded her first career All-American performance in the 2025 D-III Indoor Championships, with an eighth place finish.
Hinkley is making his fourth consecutive Nationals appearance in the Hammer Throw, earning his first career All-American performance with an eighth-place finish at last year's Nationals. The Grayslake, Ill. native will enter this weekend as the 22nd seed with a season-best throw of 58.27 (191-02). He is scheduled to compete Saturday, beginning with the prelims at 1:45 p.m. ET.
