WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - The Carroll softball team completed a doubleheader sweep on Wednesday in Florida, opening the day with an 18–12 victory over Beloit before closing with a 3–2 win against Albertus Magnus at the Diamondplex in Winter Haven.

In the opener against Beloit, Carroll's offense erupted for 18 runs on 15 hits in a back-and-forth contest. The Pioneers broke the game open with a five-run fourth inning and followed with a decisive seven-run sixth to seize control.

Madison Hoagland led the offensive charge with a standout performance, going 3-for-3 with four runs scored and two RBI, while Jennavieve Andler finished a perfect 4-for-4 with two RBI. MK Dusza delivered a key two-RBI single, and Gianna Buske added two RBI as Carroll received production throughout the lineup. Kennedy Beck delivered one of the biggest swings of the game with a three-run double during the sixth-inning rally.

Despite Beloit's late push, Carroll continued to answer offensively and maintained its advantage through the final innings to secure the win.

In the nightcap against Albertus Magnus, Carroll relied on timely hitting and strong pitching to earn the one-run victory. After Albertus Magnus briefly took the lead in the third inning, the Pioneers responded immediately.
