Sue O’Donnell returns to the Pioneer coaching staff for her fourth year with the team.  Sue began her softball career at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse where she was an All-Conference player.

From there, Sue assisted Coach Gradecki at Wilmot High School and also assisted at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside softball team. 

In addition to coaching, Sue is a successful entrepreneur, working in the graphic design field.

Sue’s primary responsibilities are infield play and practice organization.

Gradecki says of Coach O’Donnell:  “Sue is an integral part of the team and a main reason for the softball team’s recent success.  Her passion for the game and dedication to the players is unmatched.  Her knowledge of the game and patience with the players is unequaled.  We are so lucky to have her!”
