Waukesha, Wis. – Director of Athletics Michael Schulist is proud to announce Marcus Suelflow as the new Donald F. Kelly Head Men's and Women's Golf Coach.
 
"I'm thrilled to welcome Marcus to the Pioneer family!" said Schulist. "Marcus brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the golf industry. I look forward to working with Marcus to establish a first-class experience for our student-athletes"
 
Suelflow (suel-flow) comes to the Pioneer's programs after spending the last eight months at Deertrak Golf Club as the Head Professional. Not only has he managed the entire golf operation, but Suelflow built adult and junior teaching, and coaching programs as a PGA professional. Suelflow worked in areas of budgeting, scheduling, promotion, and training of the golf course staff.
 
"I am extremely excited to join the Carroll University community," said Suelflow. "The golf program, and the athletics department as a whole, are rooted in tradition and community and I look forward to continuing to grow that legacy.  I am excited to get started!  Go Pios!"
 
Suelflow spent the 2018-19 school year as the Boys' Varsity Head Golf Coach at Hartford Union High School. He oversaw not only the varsity program but also JV and JV-2 groups. Suelflow arranged fundraising efforts, student recruitment, and off-season practices/training camps during his stint as well.
 
Suelflow earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is also PGA hope Certified, and PGA American Development Model Certified.
