In doubles, Brian Trefliek and Luke Barter gave their matchup a run but were defeated 5-8. Ryan Strupp and Chris Jensen struggled in the number two double spot, falling 0-8. The third seed doubles match was a default win for Millikin
 
In singles, Trefliek (1-6, 0-6), Barter (0-6, 1-6), Strupp (1-6, 0-6), and Jensen (1-6, 0-6) all fell in straight sets. The last two singles matches were default wins for the Big Blue.
 
The Pioneers will have a shot at redemption tomorrow, as they travel to Illinois Wesleyan for another CCIW matchup.
