NAPERVILLE, Ill. – The Carroll University women's golf team shot a 382 in route to a fourth place finish at the NCC Early Bird Invitational hosted by North Central College.
 
Ashlyn Burdick finished with a team low 91 and tied for eleventh overall. Abby Van De Hei carded a 95 in her round and Caroline Kroeninger was one shot behind with a 96 to secure three top-20 finishes for the PIos. Emma Meiss turned in a scorecard of 100, with her sister Elsa Meiss finishing up tied for 27^th with a 106.
 
Carroll will return to the course this weekend at the Carthage Border Battle on Friday and Saturday, hosted at Bristol Oaks Golf Club in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
