Kansasville, Wis.– The Carroll University men's golf team played in the Midwest Region Classic this past Friday and Saturday. The Pioneers finished in 13
th while shooting a 609 over 36 holes.
Sophomore
TJ Walton came into the tournament as the number 2 golfer, shooting an even 144 through 36 holes to lead the way for the Pios. The Pios number 1 golfer was
Evan Bridges who was not far behind shooting a 145 throughout the two rounds. Bridges would finish at +1 on the weekend.
Carroll's
Sondre Barbol (5), Widar Voss (4), and Garrett Stokelbusch (3) would all finish the tournament shooting 158, 166, and 171, respectively. This would round out a strong weekend for the Pioneers.
The Pioneers will be rounding out their fall competition in the UW-Stout Fall Invitational on October 1-2 at Grand Geneva Resort.
