WAUKESHA, Wis. - The Carroll University men's golf team finished fifth in the 13-team Wisconsin Lutheran College Spring Invitational at Morningstar Golfer's Club on Saturday.
Evan Bridges fired a 1-over par 73 to tie for eighth place overall for Carroll, which totaled 307 strokes on the challenging par 72, 6,875-yard course.
TJ Walton carded a 4-over par 76 to tie for 18th and
Garrett Stokelbusch followed with a 5-over par 77 to tie for 18th for the Pioneers.
Viggo Olsson and
Mathias Werring each finished with an 81 to tie for 40th place.
Carroll is scheduled to compete in the Cardinal Invitational in Naperville, Ill. on Monday at noon.
