NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) announced it's Women's Bowling All-Conference team Wednesday morning, with Carroll receiving a program-best two selections. Sophomore Ava Butt earned First Team honors, while also being named the CCIW Women's Bowling Student-Athlete of the Year, while junior Hanna Bartlett earned Second Team honors.

After earning Second Team honors a year ago, Butt becomes the first Pio in the five-year history of the program to earn more than one career All-Conference honor, while also becoming the program's first-ever CCIW Student-Athlete of the Year award. She is the first First Team selection since 2022. Butt finished this season ranking fifth in the CCIW in individual scoring average, averaging 18.14 pins through 498 total frames. She also ranked second in the league for single pin spare percentage (.862),, spare conversion percentage (.670), and "makeable" spare conversion percentage (.777). In addition to her spare prowess, Butt finished the regular season ranking fourth in frame fill percentage (.787) and eighth in strike percentage (.355).

Bartlett is making her first appearance on the All-Conference team. A native of Aurora, Ill., Bartlett finished the regular season ranking sixth in the conference in Single Pin Spare Percentage (.846), while also ranking 13th in Strike Percentage (.336). She was also 14th in the league in First Ball Average Pinfall (8.59) and 15th in "Makeable" Spare Conversion Percentage (.703).

As part of the annual All-Conference team, the CCIW selects one player from each school to represent their institution as the CCIW RESPECT Award recipient. This year's representative for the Pioneers' women's bowling team is Hope Minett, a junior from La Crosse, Wis.
