NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) announced its annual Baseball All-Conference team Wednesday afternoon, with senior
Lane Scott being nominated to represent the Pioneers. The left side infielder helped the Pios to a 16-21 overall record while starting in every game.
Scott is making his first career appearance on the CCIW's All-Conference Team. A native of Chicago, Ill., Scott finished the year leading the team in batting average and total bases, batting .329 on the year while tying for the team lead in hits with 49. Scott's 31 runs was also second most on the team in the 2025 season. Scott's 84 career RBIs ties him for seventh all-time in a Pioneer uniform.
Also a part of the annual All-Conference awards for each sport every year is the CCIW RESPECT Award winners, with each school receiving one honoree. This year's RESPECT Award recipient for Carroll's baseball team is Junior
Eddie Synek. The McHenry, Ill. native was second on the team in batting average, tallying 40 hits in 35 games started.
