OSHKOSH, Wis. – The Carroll University women's indoor track and field team went to a highly competitive UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge on Saturday afternoon. The Pioneers finished in seventh place with 38 total team points.
 
In track events, Lexi Elegbede-Peer finished with a sub-8 second 60-meter dash in the prelims, but ran a 8.01 in the finals, finishing sixth. In the 800-meter, Abbey Casey extended her CCIW time with a finish of 2:21.11 to go into the conference championships with the top-ranked time. Alli Spitzer was right behind with a fourth-place finish.
 
In field and throwing events, Jessica Mueller finished in fourth place in the pole vault, reaching a height of 3.36 meters. In the shot put, Vanessa Uitenbroek and Maria Falk came in third and fourth, respectively in the highly contested event. Jamie Pankratz came in second in the weight throw, tossing her implement a distance of 17.17 meters.
