OSHKOSH, Wis. – The Carroll University women's indoor track and field team put up 30.5 points in their sixth-place finish at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge Saturday.
In track events,
Elizabeth Reddeman was the lone Pio individual runner to score team points, finishing in seventh place in the 1-mile run with a time of 5:26.29. The 4x400 relay of Anika Tollerud,
Natalie Dresang,
Rebekah Buboltz, and
Victoria Watson finished third in the event with a time of 4:27.66.
In field events,
Jessica Mueller reached 3.41 meters to tie for fourth in the pole vault event.
Vanessa Uitenbroek and
Maria Falk finished second and fourth respectively in the shot put event. Uitenbroek finished with a 14.13-meter throw and Falk hit 13.31 meters, a new college best for the sophomore. Sydney Halverson jumped to a new PR of 1.57 meters in the high jump, claiming fourth.
The Pioneers head down to Illinois Wesleyan next weekend for the 2023 CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championships.
