The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, was released Tuesday morning, recognizing the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. Carroll's Men's Lacrosse team received three selections, as KJ Keyfauver,
Matthew Hehr, and
Jake Kopocis earned the distinction.
A sophomore Physical and Health Education major from McHenry, Ill., Keyfauver started all 14 games for the Pios as a Midfielder. He finished the season with one assist, while also recording 14 ground balls on the year.
Hehr is a Junior Midfielder from Ames, Iowa. A Chemistry major at Carroll, Hehr appeared in all 14 games for the Pios in 2025. He finished the season with one goal, 15 ground balls, and six caused turnovers.
Kopocis also appeared in all 14 games for the Pioneers. The Junior Biology major from Omaha, Neb. recorded five goals as a Midfielder, including a team-high two game-winning goals. He also finished the year with 13 ground balls and two caused turnovers.
