SPARKS, Md. - After standout seasons that put them among the best in the conference and the nation, Carroll University women's lacrosse standouts Elizabeth Wang and Grace Tumilty have been named USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American Honorable Mentions.

The recognition places the duo among the top performers in Division III, as USA Lacrosse Magazine's All-America teams honor the nation's elite players across all positions with input from coaches and conferences nationwide. 

Wang, a dynamic attacker, capped another exceptional season by earning CCIW Offensive Player of the Year honors, becoming one of the most dominant offensive threats in the conference. She was near the top of the league in points and was a consistent difference-maker for the Pioneers, using her scoring ability and playmaking instincts to power one of the conference's top attacks. Her impact extended week-to-week as well, as she earned CCIW Offensive Player of the Week honors twice during the season, highlighting her consistent excellence. 

On the defensive end, Tumilty anchored the Pioneers with a commanding presence, setting the tone for Carroll's success. As a graduate defender, she controlled the pace of play with her ability to create turnovers, secure ground balls, and organize the defense. Like Wang, Tumilty was a two-time CCIW Player of the Week selection, underscoring her elite performance and steady impact throughout the year.

Together, the pair formed the backbone of Carroll's lineup, leading the program to a dominant run through conference play and elevating the Pioneers to new heights. Their efforts not only earned them conference recognition, but also national attention as two of the top players in the country.
