GENEVA, Ohio - David Lembke, a junior from Pewaukee, Wis., placed fourth in the men's high jump with a height of 2.06m (or 6-9) during the second day of the NCAA Division III National Outdoor Championships at the SPIRE Institute on Friday.
With the impressive individual performance, Lembke - the reigning national indoor champion in the event - earned All-American honors for the second time this year.
Freshman Sarah Gomez (Orland Park, Ill.) placed 10th in the women's high jump with a height of 1.64 (5-4 1/2).
Senior Grant Marton (New Berlin, Wis.) finished in a winning time of 1:51.65 during his preliminary heat of the 800-meter run Friday afternoon, earning the second-seed heading into Saturday's finals at 2 p.m. (EST).
