FINAL RESULTS
HARTFORD, Wis. - After entering the second and final round of the Wisconsin Lutheran Fall Invitational in fifth place, the Carroll University men's golf team finished in seventh. Held at Washington County Golf Course, the Pioneers shot a two-round total of 616 (+40), which was just four strokes shy of the next-best score.
Leading the way for Carroll was
TJ Walton, who finished in a tie for 11th place individually. He shot a first-round score of 74, which he followed up with a 75 in Sunday's final round for a total of 149 (+5).
Ben Book was second on the team with a score of 152 (+8), while Widar Burman Voss wasn't far behind, in 29th place with a score of 156 (+12).
Grant Naumann and
Carter Morrison rounded out the Pios team score with a 162 (+18) and 164 (+20), respectively.
Carroll will be in action again on Friday when they'll participate in the two-day Midwest Region Classic, hosted by Benedictine (IL) University. That meet will take place at Brighton Dale Links in Kansasville, Wis.
