Carroll University Director of Athletics, Mike Schulist, has announced a change in leadership for the women's soccer program, with Head Coach Chris Tadley stepping down from his position after two years with the program.   

"We appreciate Chris's contributions and the energy he brought to Carroll soccer," said Schulist. "We remain committed to building a competitive program that reflects our values and goals." 

The Pioneers finished the 2025 season with a 5-6-5 overall record, competing in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW), but missing out on the conference tournament this year. Tadley was hired in January 2024 and made an immediate impact, guiding Carroll to an undefeated regular season (8-0-0) and CCIW regular-season title. 

A national search for Tadley's successor will begin immediately.
