The 55th annual Pioneer Golf Classic will take place Monday, August 4, 2025, serving as the primary fundraising event for Carroll University Athletics, which provides crucial support for the Pioneers' 23 intercollegiate teams. There will be two sessions at the event, which will once again be held at The Legend At Merrill Hills in Waukesha, Wis.
Registration/check-in for the morning session will begin at 6 a.m., along with breakfast and open range, before a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start. Lunch will be served after the round. The afternoon shotgun will begin registration/check-in at 11 a.m., along with lunch and open range, before a 1 p.m. shotgun start. There will be a 19th Hole celebration after both sessions are completed at approximately 5 p.m.
Early bird registration is $225 per person prior to May 1, 2025, with regular registration being $250 per person after that deadline. Carroll University graduates of 2015 or later are able to register for a $175 Young Alumni rate. All fees include green fee, cart, lunch, and 19th Hole celebration. Deductible gift $75 for early bird, $100 for regular registration, and $25 for Young Alumni per golfer. There is also an option to purchase a ticket to the 19th Hole celebration only, which will cost $50 per person if you choose not to golf, and will include appetizers and one hour of open bar.
