FINAL RESULTS
SHEBOYGAN FALLS, Wis. - Carroll's men's golf team competed at the BSC Legends Classic, hosted by Bryant & Stratton on Thursday and Friday. The first round was held at The Bull at Pinehurst Farms, with the second held at The Bog in Saukville, Wis. After the two rounds were complete, Carroll found themselves in fifth place out of seven teams with a score of +85, which was just eight strokes behind Lakeland's fourth-place score.
Carroll finished the two-day event with the most par breakers of any team, recording three birdies and one eagle, which was made by
Charlie Krall on the par-five fourth hole at The Bull. The Pioneers, who were also fifth after one day of competition, were led by Krall, who shot an 81 both days to finish with a 162 (+18).
Grant Naumann's wasn't far behind with a two-round total of 165 (+21).
Carter Morrison was also tied for the team-lead in Thursday's round, which saw him shoot an 81 (+9).
Widar Voss also contibuted to the Pios' team score with a two-round total of 165 (+21), while
Mathias Werring shot an 88 (+16) on day two.
The Pioneers will now prepare for the 2025 CCIW Tournament, which will begin on Thursday. The three-day event will take place at WeaverRidge Golf Club in Peoria, Ill.
