(Lake Forest, Ill.) – The Carroll University men's tennis team lost 9-0 at Lake Forest College on Tuesday night.
The Foresters led 3-0 after doubles play then swept all six singles flights.
Carroll's Peter Jaeger nearly earned a point at the No. 1 singles flight. He claimed the first set at 6-2 but LFC evened the match with a 6-2 victory in set two. The Foresters claimed the third set super tiebreaker at 11-9.
Carroll returns to action on Saturday when Lawrence University (9:30 a.m.) and St. Norbert College (2 p.m.) visits Waukesha.
