Carroll Athletics Highlights: All-American in cross country and track and field….at the time, was Carroll’s only All-American cross country athlete in school history…held 10 school records in cross country, indoor and outdoor track distance events (several still stand)…varsity letter winner, cross country (3), track and field (3)…all-conference honors cross country (2) and track and field (2)…two-time most valuable player and twice team captain in each sport…graduated magna cum laude; won Jean Kilgour Award for excellence in academics and athletics. Former assistant men’s and women’s track and field coach at Carroll and the University of Chicago; former head coach for men’s and women’s cross country at Carroll.
