Hall of Fame
Lettered in football, basketball and track from 1960 until 1962 and contributed to a conference championship in outdoor track during the 1962 season. Was the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin champion in the pole vault during the 1960 and 1961 and in the high hurdles in 1961. Set a school record with a high jump of 6-feet, 6-inches in 1961, a record that has since been broken. Helped lead the men’s basketball team to an 18-5 record and second place finish in the CCIW in the 1961-62 season. Has taught and coached for 35 years at Nicolet High school since his graduation from Carroll.
