Carroll Athletics Highlights: Varsity letters: cross country (4), track (4); Received the coveted Buschopf Award. Cross Country: Captain; CCIW All-Conference honors 2 years; voted Most Valuable Performer 2 years; Private college champion; Athlete of the Month. Track: 2 time captain; Coaches Award; CCIW All-Conference honors 4 separate times; voted Most Valuable Performer 2 years; Two-time National qualifier in the 800 meters (the first male athlete in Carroll history to qualify); Set the 800-meter indoor & outdoor school records to add to 4 other records; private college champion I the steeplechase, 2 times in the 1500 meters, 3 times in the 800 meters and 2 times in the 4x400 meter relay; Athlete of the Month. Was assistant track coach at Carroll and did recruiting for Carroll athletics. Ran for WI runners Adidas cross country team for several years, and one year ran with them at national CC meet in Oregon. Competes in runs for charity.
